It’s been a long two weeks since we travelled to Boulder. The Bearcats were formidable, but were ultimately overmatched, particularly by Heisman hopeful Travis Hunter. Wow…
As always, we had a great time, and made some friends along the way. Or at least they liked our shirts…
Back to Nippert to face an old foe with bowl eligibility on the line. Meaningful football in early November is an improvement over last year, but the team needs to capitalize before going on the road for 2 of the final 3.

Tailgate info:
What: Cincinnati Bearcats host the West Virginia Mountaineers.
When: Saturday, November 9, 2024. Kickoff time is 12pm, the trailer will be set up by 7am and we will begin cleaning up/tearing down around 60 mins before kickoff to allow plenty of time for everyone to get to their seats for kickoff.
Where: Tailgate Alley at the Grid, Sigma Sigma Commons, University of Cincinnati main campus – spot #3. Park in a garage or on nearby streets and walk over to the tailgate. If you’ll already be at The Grid, feel free to stop by to say hello!
Menu:
- Biscuits & Red-Eye gravy + bacon, sausage, & ribs
- Donuts & misc sides
- Cooler stocked with Cincy Light + NA cooler with water, Coke, Diet Coke, & juice for the kiddos
Who: All are welcome (as long as you can abide by some simple rules)! This is a “community” style tailgate. We always have extra food, but plan accordingly if you intend to eat.
